If any portion of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken and the remainder of the Agreement enforced as written. If Proof- does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy including those contained in the Agreement or arising under applicable law, this will not be taken to be a formal waiver or relinquishment of our rights. Next business day turnaround times are calculated from 5 . EST the day of submission. For example, an order received on Monday before 5 . EST would be returned by 5 . EST on Tuesday. Orders received after 5 . on a business day will be considered received on the next business day. For example, an order received at 11 . EST on Monday would be returned by 5 . EST on Wednesday. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be considered as having been received on the following Monday for purposes of calculating turnaround time.
